Hi, I’m Ellie, the creator and founder of Atlas Equine.
Atlas was born out of my own real-life challenge: my heart horse, Chrome, needed consistent, gentle bodywork - but as a new mum, time wasn’t always on my side. I wanted to give him the care he deserved, even when I couldn’t be hands-on every day.

That’s when the Atlas Equine Cranial Massager was born - a simple but powerful tool to support horses' wellbeing, wherever you are. It’s made with intention, tested by the horses of Aotearoa, and used around the world.

Inspired by the Atlas vertebra — the bridge between head and heart, mind and movement — our massager helps release tension at this key point, gently relaxing the nervous system and restoring balance throughout the body.

We believe when you give your horse the chance to let their nervous system relax, they will soften, and they will show you the way forward.

Behind me is a growing team of equine-loving creatives, advisors, and international manufacturing partners. Every one of us is here because we care deeply about horse welfare, and making these tools as accessible and affordable as possible.

We may be small, but we’re mighty (and growing!).

Atlas Equine was born and designed in Aotearoa / New Zealand.
While we continue to test and share from here, we now work with specialist manufacturing partners in China to make the product available globally — without compromising on quality or intention.
