One-Year Limited Warranty
Definitions:
- "We" or "Us" refers to Atlas Equine Cranial Massager.
- "You" refers to the purchaser or user of the Atlas Equine Massager, either as a domestic or professional user.
- "Supplier" refers to the authorized distributor or retailer of the goods.
- "Goods" refers to the Atlas Equine Massager.

Our goods come with guarantees under the relevant consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), the Australian Consumer Law (Australia), the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (United Kingdom), and applicable laws in the United States.
The Warranty:
Atlas Equine sells its products with the intent that they are free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship under normal use. In the unlikely event that your Atlas Equine Massager proves to be faulty within one year from the date of purchase due to manufacturing defects or material faults, we will replace the product at our expense, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The warranty period is limited to six months from the date of purchase for products used commercially or professionally.
Terms and Conditions:
In addition to the rights and remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), Australian Consumer Law (Australia), Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), or any other applicable law in the United States or elsewhere, and without excluding such rights, the following warranty conditions apply:

The goods are designed to withstand normal use and are manufactured to the highest standards using premium-quality components.

We will not replace the goods under this warranty if they have been damaged due to:
- Failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual and videos.
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized accessory attachments, alterations, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or damage during transportation.
- Environmental conditions, theft, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.

This warranty does not extend to second-hand purchases.

Even if we are not obligated to replace or remedy the goods under the warranty, we may, at our discretion, decide to do so.

Any replacement or substituted goods will continue to receive the benefit of this warranty for the remaining term of the original warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration, or other minor defects that do not significantly affect the functionality of the product.

This warranty is limited to replacement or substitution only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage to property, persons, or animals caused by the product, and we will not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of life.

This warranty is only valid and enforceable in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Making a Claim:
To make a claim under this warranty, you must return the product to the supplier (the place of purchase) for replacement. If returning the product is not possible, please contact our customer service department at the contact details below.

All returned goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase, which must clearly indicate the supplier's name and address, the date and place of purchase, and the product purchased. A legible, unaltered receipt or sales invoice is preferred.

You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the goods or making a claim under this warranty.
